• Each recording has playback consent — you must consent to public playback for a recording to be approved and made public
• Recordings are private until reviewed and approved
• You can request removal of your voice recording at any time
• Approved recordings are playable by anyone visiting the site

How data is used

• Account data is used for login, role management, and contributor attribution
• Submissions are reviewed by native speakers and, once approved, published for public communication
• Anonymous feedback ("Did this work?") helps us understand phrase effectiveness
• Anonymous phrase requests help us identify missing expressions
• Anonymous reports help us identify problematic content

Data sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Your data is only accessible by authorized contributors and reviewers for the purpose of phrase verification.
